Our small company manufactures custom drill bits, core bits, thru-tubing mills, and burning shoes.
We do not employ any sales or service personnel and we offer no services outside of our manufacturing facility.
We have operated on a wholesale basis since 1984 and have historically depended on product performance, fair pricing, fast response time and good word of mouth to sell our products. Our customers are mainly service companies as well as several major operators that do not require the peripheral services we don't offer.
We typically will ship custom products the same week we get the order and in some cases can ship in 24 hrs.
We specialize in sizes 1 3/4" to 8 3/4", but we do have size capability up to 12 1/4".
We custom fabricate fixed cutter bits, mills, and shoes that can utilize cutters of Carbide, PDC, TSD, Natural Diamond, Low Pressure Diamond Impreg Grit, and HPI Impreg Inserts.
We maintain a stock point in Midland, Texas that serves the Permian where we keep a stock of rental Sidetrack Bits, PDC Horizontal Drill Bits, and Diamond Window Mills.
