We do not offer a full sales & service type of company, so obviously we do not charge the same as the larger companies that do. We are small enough so that we can react quickly to customer needs, but with that small size we do not get the high volume discounts that go with high volume buying. On the other hand, we do not have a fleet of field service men in pickups, so we don't have that associated expense to deal with. About 75 to 80% of our sales are directly to the large service companies that do supply that technical sales/service function.

Almost all of our products are custom fabricated and are not shipped from stock. We rarely take longer than a week or so to ship these custom made products.

We cannot publish a specific price list to cover all possible custom products we can make, and we do offer certain discounts for quantity and/or long term customer loyalty that we allow off of our already wholesale price.

A for instance is a common 8 3/4" 5 or 6 blade PDC drill bit from the major bit companies may cost from $40,000 to $50,000, but for that price you will get a full service approach to bit sales & service. They will analyze your drilling application...offer a certain level of technical recommendations...deliver to your location...and in most cases offer a rental option.

Our wholesale price for an 8 3/4" bit to do the same job is priced at about $28,000 and our largest volume buyers will get it for as little as $24,000. In some known applications we will offer a rental option.

We don't make the bit until you order it, so screw-in jets are not required. We custom fabricate the bit with your exact TFA, and the result is that it can almost always be refit without cracking between the nozzle glans, but that is another subject.

The enclosed general pricing is for the base price. Heavier set bits cost more.
